A majority of the problem reports that we receive are caused by improper setup of the software or ASPI drivers. Please read Frequently Asked Questions and Important Installation Information before reporting any problems to us.


Please send the following information when reporting any problem with the software...

  • What operating system are you using?
  • What version of the CDRWIN software are you using?
  • Are you a registered user or are you using the demo version?
  • The exact two line error message (if any), including the error codes on the second line.
  • The CDROM recorder/reader models being used.
  • SCSI card model (if any).
  • What operation was being performed?
  • What recording speed are you using?
